TRIC Tools, Inc. pioneered the trenchless replacement of small diameter pipe (i.e. 8" in circumference or less) when it introduced its patented technology in 1997. Bob and Ward Carter, who invented our technology, spent years in the pipe replacement business before they found a better way to replace pipe than digging a trench.

That knowledge is incorporated in our tools and passed on to our installers, initially, through the training we provide them when they first purchase a TRIC Tools System and continuously through our Technical Support staff, to whom they have unlimited access.

TRIC Authorized Installers, in most cases, are dedicated specialists in trenchless installation and rehabilitation of pipe. They have the expertise to install pipe where none existed before, to replace pipe which has deteriorated over time or been damaged by earthquakes or other activity, or to increase pipe size necessary due to commercial property expansion or home remodel. Plus our Installers can call on the TRIC Consulting Services staff to join them on complicated projects and provide hands-on participation in their completion.
