When the cable is under tension, the Resistance Plate keeps the Pulley Base Assembly from twisting or sinking into the wall of the pulling pit by spreading the load over a greater area. The Pulley Base Assembly is fastened to the Resistance Plate with the use of a Bolt (TT-FSNR-KL4000X), and a Nut (TT-FSNR-KLN). The Nut and Bolt are included with the Pulley Base Assembly, or they can be purchased separately.
